Role Overview:

The Associate - Performance Management (Speed) will support initiatives focused on enhancing delivery speed and overall customer experience (CX). The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

This role is well-suited for someone with 1–4 years of experience in analytics and project management who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use advanced MS Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL skills to analyze data and drive data-informed decisions.
• Assist in maintaining detailed project documentation such as charters and performance scorecards.
• Help design and implement strategic initiatives to improve delivery speeds and enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with analytics and product teams to respond to the dynamic nature of the supply chain.
• Lead cross-functional project management efforts for operational problem-solving.
• Promote innovation and process improvements across relevant functions.

Key Technology Skills:

Data analytics, Supply chain planning, Performance management, and SQL

Requirements:

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and SQL
• Around 2 years of experience in supply chain analysis and project management
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• A proactive and collaborative problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and programming languages such as R or Python
